Bookings and prices

• A booking request sent through this website or WhatsApp is not a confirmed rental. Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing by WhatsApp or email.
• Prices shown on the website are estimates. The final price, including any delivery, one-way or extras charges, is the one we confirm with you before your rental starts.
• Payment terms, deposits and cancellation terms for your rental are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Drivers and documents

• Every driver must hold a valid home-country driving licence, a physical International Driving Permit, and a Sri Lankan Recognition Permit endorsed for three-wheelers.
• Only drivers named on the booking, and holding these documents, may drive the tuk tuk.
• You must carry the driving documents and the vehicle's papers whenever you drive.

Using the tuk tuk

• You must obey Sri Lankan road laws, including speed limits. Three-wheelers are not permitted on expressways.
• Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Don't carry more passengers than the tuk tuk is licensed for, or use it for paid passenger transport.
• Traffic fines and penalties incurred during your rental are your responsibility.

Insurance, damage and breakdowns

• Every rental includes motor insurance as described when you book. Any excess and the cover limits are confirmed in writing at booking.
• Report any accident, damage or theft to us and, where required, to the police straight away.
• Insurance may not cover damage caused by breaking these terms or the law — for example driving without valid documents or under the influence.
• For breakdowns, contact our 24/7 support line before arranging any repairs yourself.

Returns

• Return the tuk tuk at the agreed time and location, in the condition you received it, allowing for normal wear.
• One-way drop-offs must be agreed with us at least 2 days before your end date.
